UPR may think oil has a better future than gas. That doesn't fit too well with their NAMX agreement, which gives UPR the option to buy into oil finds but states as I remember they will buy in to all the gas discoveries. It also does not fit with the international energy situation of just two weeks ago, before the OPEC agreement to cut back on oil production. It would be nice to have a clarifying statement from NAMX as to how the possible sale of UPR's gas gathering operations will affect NAMX's agreement with them. M.M.
