JCG...you are confirming the negative views of several dentists I have spoken to. If you are a real dentist, (I am a little suspicious because not many dentists are sophisticated enough to short stocks) than I really need to hear from you.

I am doing a comprehensive and objective survey on this subject. I would encourage any dentist without an agenda to participate, especially those:

1) who have used the WAND and like it,
2) those who have used the WAND and want to return it, and
3) those who know about the WAND but have no intention of purchasing.

If you have any friends who are dentists, I would also like to hear from them.

I can be reached at 212-632-6028 (daytime),
or 212-308-3095 (nights/weekend). Don't hesitate to contact me on the weekends if that is easier for you.

Thank you very much

Dr JCG,

I have been trying to get an idea about Milestone's revenues coming up. My question to you, if you do not mind, is when are the Wand units paid for by the dentists?

If the Wand is delivered but returned by the dentist, as in your case, would it be paid for and then a refund issued or would you simply get a credit on your next statement? I think you can see how this might affect the current quarter revenues.

Also did you have any problem getting authorization from Milestone to return the Wand? During the conference call they said returns had to be approved.

Thanks in advance

<< I may short the stock. >>

Sorry, JCG, but I just can't help but repost Item #6 from the Motley Fool April Fools Joke (Item #2 was "use more credit cards for cash advances":

<<6. Follow the advice of your dentist

"We the dentists, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquillity..."
--First draft, Preamble to the Constitution

Often the best stock tips come from other people. How many times when you're under the drill have you heard a HOT STOCK TIP from your dentist? Thousands, probably. A recent study showed that if the average American followed his dentist's advice, he would increase his returns by 9% and reduce his cavities by 5%. So, quit ignoring the dentist! >>

Of course, if we'd followed your advice, we'd be ahead at least 5 or 10% at this point!
