You're right. Yitzy owes you $10. That's 1/2 the story. Lawyers always tell half the story. The fact remains is that YOU OWE YITZY $45. If we deduct the $20 from this bet, you , net, net, still owe Yitzy $25. Quit crying and pay up!!! You never answered my question. Please don't avoid it (many people read this post). How come when you lose a bet you don't pay off, but when you win, you expect payment? I'm waiting with baited breath for your lawyer explanation on this one!!!
