Hi Frank,

The purpose of my posts is not always to simply reply to someone else. I realize that many people read the negative posts and in the absence of rebuttals, might give too much weight to the negative posts.

As for the truth, who knows what it is at this time. I think that no one on this Intranet site or other sites have the complete picture. Whether KRY will win in court, and if it does, what KRY will come up with, NO ONE on this site knows. We are trying to interpret events as we see them and are taking opposing sides.

I am not attempting to convert anyone, just trying to add sadly lacking balance on this thread.

Frank and others:

It would seem that there are 4+ million shares of KRY that are still
short. If and when a ruling favorable to KRY is finally issued,
the result will be quite interesting.
There are some who believe that a lot have covered
in the recent uptrend in the stock and in fact attribute the rise
to short-covering, but there may be other explanations for the rise.
I would not be surprised to see a double in the stock on the
announcement and then most likely going higher. This forum would then
return to an exchange of ideas on the prospect and future of the
company, rather than the barrage of short-sellers it has become.
I think the day of reckoning is drawing near. Remember short-sellers,
Tuesdays and Thursdays are the usual days that decisions are rendered.
Not too late to cover tomorrow morning, but you won't get my stock
and it may become increasingly difficult to find stock to cover.

Of course, if its not tomorrow, then, well.....it'll be another day.
The roulette wheel continues to turn.

Regards

Dan
