ST98--

If you know a way that an individual investor such as myself can short a penny stock, please let me know. I wouldn't know how to do it.

I have a small long position in HNLY. The numbers are small enough that I am not that worried if negative facts about the company result in a lower price. I could sell, sure, but experience tells me that if I don't own a few shares in a company, I can lose interest in it quickly.

In terms of my motivation, I guess stubborn curiosity is the main one. HNLY's public releases have (to my eyes) been so transparently incomplete that I just have to know what's the reality behind them. And every time I do a little digging, another nugget or two of interesting information comes into view, and I feel like digging some more. It's time consuming work, but it's fun, too (call me sick!).

Penny stocks also are a new thing to me. I'm used to being able to do a lot of my due diligence by reading SEC filings. Here, there don't seem to have been any substantial SEC filings for over three years -- requiring a different approach to DD. So this is kind of a test-run to see what kind of DD to do on penny stocks -- IF I decide to keep trading them.

Finally, I had hoped to have a constructive dialogue about HNLY on this board. We have had some good discussions on this board, together with the usual "noise" posts that all boards seem to have.
