Just received an email from Tom..... Contents of the email are below...................... Mark, We will be coming out of B.K. in two to three weeks as we need to write an exemption for ISI (Iterated Systems) and at this time we will be OUT. We have three projects going at this time one with RAVE for integration and support estimated at 1.8-3.0 Million $. We have the Trudef line that we are distributing along with Elvis. We are in talks with Randy Jackson for the 3.5 Million he owes us. We are also looking at a merger that would help with the stock price and value of the company but are under non-discloser at this time. I feel thing are very good and the stock is very undervalued at this time. I hope all is well for you and yours and remain sincerely yours, tom
