Wrong Richard. Everyone has a right to express their personal opinion about these companies. No disclaimers are needed for a personal opinion about a stock, particularly when posting on SI which is designed specifically for posting investment opinions. However personal accusations of being a paid tout are entirely different. At the very least they are specifically against the Terms of Use of SI. IMHO Mr O'Toole deserves to be tossed. I would also like to point out that Keith Rowland also accused Kim Brasington of being a shill. But Richard ask another question. Today is an important day fo Naxos as electronic effort. Perfect timing for this group of free trial members to make their most concerted and negative barrage of posting yet. I wonder if there is any connection. Henry

Richard Here is the fundamental difference. I am free to express my opinion, as is everyone else.He attacked me personally. Whenever I have attacked someone in a personal manner and it has been brought to my attention, I have immediately apologized. Everyone gets carried away in the heat of the moment. I can understand that. I have disparaged you in the past. When you said you thought that was out of line, I apologized. I am only looking for the same consideration that I give to others. Mark
