Jeff: AMEN! "Without ISO 9001 certification there would be absolutely no chance that American BioMed would be marketing OEM equipment.

jeff, iso cert says you say what you do and then do what you say. it shows you know your process and that you follow it. it doesn't say that what you "do" is make a quality product or have quality processes. you are correct that a lot of oems require iso cert b4 they'll use a company as a vendor. it should open more doors to sales.
