Art, I believe that they have important allies in the major shareholders of ATXI. The circumstantial evidence is clear. If not, Reidel and the Chairman of the Board would have, IMO, told FAMH to take it's 5 percent and bugger off. Add to that the fact that the ticker on it's delisting clock is still ticking, well, it's going to happen IMO.

If you owned a 100,200, or even 300k shares of ATXI, after they reverse split, and the stock had the liquidity of only 3k shares volume average per day before the speculation, facing a delisting, etc, what would you do? I would rather see this merger through than have that big of a right off on '98 taxes.
