Thanks David for some really neat information. Some that I knew about and some that I did not. Describing the historic grass-roots beginnings of this company to my grandchildren is really going to be fun. It will be much easier with the info that you put on this thread. I bet this is the same Neal Stephenson that wrote the excellent article in the Dec 1996 Wired : The Hacker Tourist Travels the World to Bring Back the Epic Story of Wiring the Planet.
