I've seen it discussed three different places and a reading of the full presentation makes it seem that way. Skeptics are referred to Bloomberg Jan. or Feb. issue. As I said, I believe it was the bullish Ms. Cohen who mentioned it in that article,although I'm working straight from memory and could be wrong. ...Tim
