The only way to fairly analyze LD's credibility would be to read a transcript of the conference call. As we all remember the press release had a more positive spin than Lev's comments. FRB is paid to smooth out the rough spots and they did just that. Lev said first quarter production "...would be tight...", he also seemed concerned about letting the competition know how far along they were (perhaps paranoia, perhaps not). I did not hang up from that conference call with a guarantee of anything and, as we all can painfully attest, the stock price reflected that lack of certainty. Lev described himself as "cautiously optimistic", the press release did not have the same degree of caution. There are no guarantees with startups and I think it would prudent to let the man with a bigger stake than all of us do his job. I haven't heard him misrepresent anything and I can't imagine why he would...

It makes one wonder, doesn't it!! We'll probably get more info from the detective work going on by posters who are delving into the NI facility & people......
