then the stock is fair valued at this point. 100 per ounce x's the 2.3 mil oz's gives you 230 mil. 10 to 20 years life expectancy. about $.07. so for growth and potential, what does management do with the money. the money they got is key. As far as investigation, who did anything illegal. the company wanted money, the financiers gave them money. so what if management is a bunch of ignorant, incompetant fools to strike a deal that requires them and all the shareholders to bend over. Now this stock needs to be split. convert the prefs, and split. get the 300 mil shares out of here. and stay listed. you are going to have to do this. one thing to think about is a proxy fight.
