Xinex Networks Inc XNX Shares issued 30,461,357 Mar 31 close $0.23 Wed 1 Apr 98 News Release Mr Roy Leahy reports On March 27 1998 the company closed its previously announced private placement. Under the terms of the financing, the company completed the sale of 10,000,000 special warrants at $0.14 each, for gross proceeds of $1,400,000. Each special warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one share and one warrant to purchase one additional share at $0.18 for two years.
