Joan, I am just avoiding them because I don't like to buy stocks after they've run up. Also, since I believe that this is not a growing economy, it is a financial bubble, many are destined to come to a bad end. And, as one analyst mentioned a couple of days ago on CNBC, REITS used to be able to buy existing properties well below the cost to build new properties. That is no longer the case, so a lot of the REITS are loading up with new, speculative properties. That will work as long as prices keep going up, but I've seen these REITS overpay too often in the past and seen too many blow up. MB
