The interesting thing is that the company knew of this prior to MARCH 10th. In the letter from PW to Jay Tanna, it was stated on Mar 10, "as you are aware....
That letter is good reading, by the way.

I'd say a your estimate of a day and a half or so could be met. Unless there were more than one set of books to reconcile.
