How do you buy into an IPO an get the price at 'launch' as opposed to the rapidly inflated price just thereafter?

Hi Linda, this company looks interesting. Do you think there is much difference between CTP and Answer Think? They are positioning themselves BETWEEN Cambridge Tech Partners and the big consulting firms saying that they are focused more on the 'knowledge-enablement' part of consulting than on implementing actual technology. There is obviously a combination of these two needed and they think that they are unique with the right combination. The big consulting firms were started many years ago under a structurally different economy. The industrial economy has transformed into one driven by knowledge and the 'extended enterprise' (value/supply chain) so business processes need to be re-engineered. They think 1) that their approach is more value-add than CTP due to this focus, 2) that their technology/knowledge combination is superior to the big consulting firms and 3) that they have a better ability to execute than a REGI. They have excellent management in place so I have few worries about long-term growth but I am not sure that this positioning is really differentiated relative to CTP. Any thoughts??
