Bosco: What new knowledge does the SV opinion impart? According to him, soundings from the market suggest that BAY is not making its revised sales targets. Of course we do not know what data, if any, this is based on. We do not know what targets he or his sources are measuring by. If he is right, two weeks after BAY gave a careful and considered report to analysts about these matters, then there is something seriously wrong with BAY. If he is wrong, then all his other remarks about the relative marketing strength of BAY and CISCO and the peculiar difficulties of the market at this time add nothing not already fully discussed by BAY and fully discounted in the current share price. His positive comments on BAY and the strong possibility of it being an attractive take-over candidate are not yet in the share price. IMHO Victor
