Regarding low volume of ATXI

I believe ATXI is too risky to invest in. Lets say this merger doesn't go through, who would want to be stuck with ATXI stock? IRA can sell his total holdings in one shot and tank the stock - speeding up their delisting process.

Also, from a customer point of view regarding ATXI, I would not want to purchase anymore contracts until I know more about this situation. No more contracts = no more revenues = unsecured company, enough said there.

Last point - Lets say the merger is successful, then FAMH will probably sell off the ATXI business end (more profits?). As a customer of ATXI I would wait to see who the buyer is before signing more contracts, hence, no revenues etc.

So in my opinion it is much too risky to buy ATXI, as seen by the volume. The only buy in my book right now is FAMH.

Jake

Thanks for the info Chin and Cheryl and everyone else. MAN I hate these fractions trying to buy more but battling the MM's and trying to get in is like launching your boat and forget to put the plug in.

Cheryl, note that HDWY has $0.28 in cash, not earnings. Earnings are $1.11 for a P/E of 7! ;>)
