This trading is insane. It looks to me like the MM is shorting at 1/16, and covering at 1/32. Not a bad day trade if you have deep pockets. Trader, how long do you think this will continue before the regulatory body of the Nasdaq steps in and puts a stop to this.

But what if you short more than you're allowed to convert during a given time period and the broker doesn't have enough borrowed shares from elsewhere etc?
