tuck, Thanks for the explanation. I hope the transient nature of the spike in serum triglyceride levels per dose of rexinoid will enable panel judges to tolerate it as insignificant.
Agree that it's wise to beware of the SEC. Will look forward to your subsequent posts.
P.S. You're right about not censuring your source.

The stock seems to be enjoying a little intraday support around the 15.5 level, but I am no TA expert. With this dip I took the opportunity to finish legging into a put bull spread on LGND. I don't like the look of the overall market or Ligand's technicals, but I do think there is fundamental support for the price near these levels, and that any positive news should bump the stock a ways. In any case, I have once again put my money where my mouth is. Gulp. I hope the third time's the charm.
