Joe, I effect, with the price at the close, we are back to square 1 after the last 2 great announcements. I would like to remind the board that IMHO, we are very early on this one. For the big appreciation that we all expect, they still have to start to show a good earnings model---that will come in time. The way I look at it, there are 4 important ingredients for this company to be successful: 1. A dynamic market place with few competitors and very profitable--we have that one very covered. 2. A good business plan and a team to impliment the plan---we definitely have this one covered. 3. A good source for working capital --- that's covered by the addition of Worldwide and Melinda McIntyre-Koplin (this one gets many small companies). 4. Good cash flow model and consistent acceleration in profits---through the new aquisitions and the addition of Steven Rangel, this will come. All I can say is don't get scared if the price goes down a little in the short term, this stock will reward our patience, we have 3 of the 4 above nailed down, now all that is needed is the 4th. Kevin
