Why would DCI only offer M. Zwebner .75 cents per share, if he has worked with the company and knows their value? Why would he take that low of an offer, unless DCI feels that is the fair value of their
stock!
To me this send a bad signal, If DCI is only willing to offer .75cents,
what do you think others will think of its value!!!!
