Add another "agree". Just put my shares on a "no loan" restriction.
If the shorts want to play hardball, I suggest everyone long do the same. It won't affect the Court ruling, but it won't help the shorts.
Been a lurker on this thread for a while. Can't the personal garbage be stopped and stick to facts and news? Most of us come here to get info and not listen to personal attacks or hyping (long or short).

Thanks to all,

Marty

That is the most idiotic juvenile futile suggestion I have ever heard.
And by the way, any stock that's long on margin is immediately loaned out and any stock that is paid for is segregated, so you probably got a dial tone when you called your broker.

That is a good idea. Many might not know that when they open an account that has a margin agreement, any stock they have is being lent out daily to cover shorts here and there, for a fee that the broker gets.
If you specifically instruct the broker to place your KRY in an RRSP or IRA/keough? account, then they are not marginable and not lendable.

Many will need to shelter their KRY profits from taxes and you might as well do it today.
