YOU Guys no need to BASH John Kaiser it seems to me he was the first person to even believe there were Diamonds in Alberta(ASHTON) Frank not yo worry i think John thinks you got some prerivy information berfore everybody else. HE Doesn't like news leakage never has so i don't think he was bashing you frank P.S Keep up the post Frank Good to get as much information as we can

I thought I'd get a copy of insider trdaing rules and post a short summary of it so that others may know what the rules are. (this is not the complete set of rules). In general I don't think that posting what you heard as a rumor (as long as it's not from anyone who is an insider or who has inside information) is O.K. Frank, how come Kaiser focused on the one post that seemed to be vaughly accurate and he has not siad anything about the times that we (posters on this thread) have been wrong. As I posted yesterday, I believe that hearing what's on the street, lies, rumors, ect. is all very important to me to do my own due diligence. DO NOT TRADE BASED ON RUMORS THAT YOU BELIEVE TO BE INSIDE INFORMATION! If someone was to post that K3 has counts of 100 cpt and it was true, then I'd be concerned with leaks. At this point I think Kaiser is wasting his time and ours! I think that Kaiser's flip flop on ACA's Nov. press release caused more harm to investors and ACA share price, than did the rumor of a new pipe. INSIDER TRADING No person in a "special relationship" with a company can purchase or sell securities with knowledge of or inform another person of a material fact or change not generally disclosed. ....... (D) a person or company that learns of the material fact or change from any of the above and knows or ought to have known that the other is in such a relationship. an associate may be a spouse or relative.
