PTEN may be a bad guage today due to the positive press it got from the analyst on CNBC about an hour ago. It immediately took off to reach the day's high about 5 minutes after the analyst plugged it. Not that I don't like PTEN, just believe it might not be the best guage today.

There was some dumping late yesterday...don't know why...looked loke about 50K. that brought the price down for the open today. Did you notice there were a lot of buyers under 12? If there was something internally wrong it probably would have kept on sliding.
