John: I am also disappointed in the slip to 7/32, especially since the stock traded at 9/32 earlier in the day. How would you like to buy at 9/32 and then five minutes later see your investment drop 28%? With regard to the moving to a later date the vote on the number of shares available for sale by the company to raise money, I only hope that they are not considering raising that number. We need the number of shares to be set at a limited number, and then we need lots of contracts. I need to start making some money off this company some day; right now my ave price is $.67, so we have some distance to make up before I am whole. JP
