The acquisition of an ISP in Indonesia was so cheap. That was one of the best moves of Mr Chin. Remember, DGIV is in the business of Voice on the internet. They are going to use the lines to set up their telephone network. They did not buy it to be in the browser business.
It was a great acquisition!!!

Read this article and find out why it was so inexpensive to buy the company and at the same time give them a much needed postion in the communications business.

I look at it as a major positive
for DGIV :-) DGIV got a great price on it (via shares in DGIV), picked up the licenses (a goldmine for VoIP), the infrastructure,
etc. Mr. Chin is not stupid...
Replace a few poor managers with a few good ones & voila!
(& there is even more good things about the deal than meets the eye..
which I won't get into..)
