I've been uneasy the last few days with the type of news coming out. I just came to the site and the first thing I saw was McFarland's post. I sold immediately. Does a person have any recourse? Isn't it a little like yelling "Fire" in a crowded theatre? A person's free speech ends before that point. That should be prosecuted.

Most likely FAMH had contacted share holders on it's own, and when they found enough sympathetic support they counted up, bought the necessary 5%, notified officers of their intentions. The very cordial nature of the ATXI press release shows that FAMH has won the day. My guess is that Ira is as clever as we think, he will be at the helm of ATXI when this is over, and ATXI share holders will be grateful to be a part of Co. headed North not South............
