Steph, any trade is a sell and buy. A sell by one entity and a buy by another. Usually people use to think that if it goes at the bid - than this is a sell. Sure, it is. Somebody (a regular person, say), SOLD, but somebody else, MM usually, BOUGHT. The first trade at 9:46:16 was a sell in your terminology (145,000 shares at .21 which was a bid at this time). 11 seconds later, the SAME amount of shares, 145,000, was traded at .215. Another sell? An MM loaded up on almost 300,000? You gotta be kidding. (Unfortunately I do not know if it was the same MM at .215 that was at .21, but I am 99% sure it was). This MM just was a middle man in a prearranged transaction. And he got his .005*145,000=$725, which is not that bad for the risk of taking position for 11 seconds. Don't you think?

Musya.
