This is a trading range that AIPN has been stuck in for several months and it will take some time to move through. I am encouraged that it did not spike because this is a more reality based movement to go through the resistence then to blow through. I think it will be the Russian deal because it makes sense that they close on the earlier news and GF does not usually do CC unless he has important news to announce. This is a part of his history. The JV is not ready, I am sure and the Russian deal I think is. We have a real commpany not some story stock. That Is what I think. DrRisk
