Wake up American BioMed investors!

Now is the time to really think rationally about your investment because I feel it really has found a new base.

There are a lot of questions yet to be answered in 1998 for investors in ABMI. Most importantly we want to see growth in sales for the 100% silicone catheter line and a rise in OEM sales.

American BioMed has been attending cardiovascular workshops like the recent American College of Cardiology Conference down in San Diego. Dr Samuel S Ahn has been present at these workshops to help promote the line. Dr Ahn has been widely published throughout medical journals and is widely recognized as one of the nation's research leaders in the field of cardiology.

Allergies to latex are only one of the very good reasons for physicians and hospitals to move to 100% silicone catheters. ABMI's product line is superior to those of the competition in a number of ways that ultimately make them cheaper, easier to use and safer for the patient.

If American BioMed can achieve the only 10% market penetration they are looking for we will be very happy investors indeed!

CE Mark approval should be coming soon. It along with the company's outstanding ISO 9001 status should mean a great deal of new business for American BioMed here as well as in Europe.

GO ABMI!

Regards, Jeff
