By the way, check out the web page of Information Week. They did a great article on voice recognition companies back in November. The web address is: www.informationweek.com When you get to the home page, in the upper left hand side you will see a "SEARCH" icon. Find the article printed on Nov. 17, 1997. That article should demonstrate how important AVRI's technology is to this sector and the overall strategic placing they have.

Is there, or is there not, a merger with MEMO? I received the press release, faxed to me from AVRI. My impression, no merger.
