PINK 101
What does this statement from DOSE really mean ??

"The notes will not be registered under the Securities Act of 1993 and cannot be offered or sold in the United States absent
registration or an exemption from registration under applicable securities laws. PharMerica intends to file a registration statement
covering the offering of a new issue of a substantially identical senior subordinated notes to be offered in exchange for the
original notes."

What is the result of the "exchange" ????

Thanks
Andrew

Mr. Pink, As a new spinoff AGX looks pretty good. My question, will institutional investors be dumping because of the non dividend or is this a good buy at present?

I have also have been watching AHG, will this be the last opportunity to get in or is it still too risky?

Thanks in advance,
Nick

Mr. Pink so glad that you will continue posting. Could you expound more on AGX? There has been a lot of volatility in the initial trading days? Are you a buyer?
Did you ever hear of Bob Robotti? I met with him last week and heard a few interesting value ideas.
Andrew

Mr. Pink:

Thanks for comments. CFWY looks waaay cheap. Any commentary why they should be so far below their peer group. I noticed you put their ebitda at 2.5x of enterprise value. I come up with about 7x based on ttm.

I sold my AHG, the day the deal fell through. I didn't like the sounds of what I heard and something seems a little strange. Decided to invest in some calls in the May frame and see what pans out by then.

One last question, I bought some ESOL based on advice without doing my own due diligence. Subsequent investigations show it to have a ebitda/enterprise value >20 i.e not the best value. My question for you is are you aware of their managment and how do you rate them if you know them ? thanks
