You do not need down time for weather if you have enough storage.
Fill the storage tanks when the trucks can run and empty them into the well when the weather is bad, Over simplified but you get the idea.

hey.. I am from Texas... Last time I saw snow in Texas I was thirteen and that was _______ years ago.

I think the past posts said they had a muddy field in Conroe and snow in Utah.
