Thank you for your reply as well. I better understand you viewpoint now on both American BioMed and it's stock.

After holding any investment for 18 months sometimes it's hard to remember any of that initial excitement that made you buy it in the first place. I mean no matter how rational you thought you were being at the time something sparked your imagination. Was it the possibility of a buy out for $7? I don't think that will happen. Neither do you anymore, at least not at $7. I mean you have to be a little depressed at what you are certain to perceive as a lack of real progress for American BioMed. Especially when your investment has no doubt decreased in value since you bought it. So it's obvious why it would be very hard for you to see the potential as anything but a long shot.

But be that as it may many new investors have and are taking positions in this stock because while $7 a share may never be a reality for any of us a much higher stock price than 60 something cents does not seem out of the question.

I would venture to say with some reasonable knowledge that as much as 1/3 of the company's shares are in newer very strong hands at this moment. I would love to see $7 a share some day but I am not counting on it. Still I guarantee you I won't be selling the next time the stock hits a dollar either.

You see to me ABMI is just not that long a long shot.

The company will raise the cash it needs and even if there is never any acquisition or strategic partnership for American BioMed shareholders in at this level will do great. I believe that because between the growing sales of the 100% silicone catheter line and OEM deals the company will become profitable.

Profits will help American BioMed to speed R&D on some of their exciting technology.

GO ABMI!

Regards, Jeff
