it's hard to imagine what more vogel and grubman can do, particularly as sell-side analysts whose firms have recently helped WCII place debt and preferred stock.

maybe if they used more exclamation points in their reports... (!!!)

mark

I pray for winstar everyday. Have been doing it since $10. Went to a local chapel and prayed at lunch. Meanwhile, I'm trying to have faith in the fundamental concept, and the excellent execution to date. Moreover, I would hate to get beat by a Yalie.Technically, did Lehman downgrade wcii?? I thought not.
BTW GST and ARTT are performing well today, suggesting the day's sluggishness is somewhat wcii specific

<..SteveG any Ideas what they are thinking during this correction...>

Late on this response, and though the stock closed up a bit today, regarding your question - if the stock pulled back to say, 25, I'd call that was a "correction", and analysts would confirm with the company and their customers that no major problems or changes had arisen. Confirming that, they would likely squawk reassuring comments. A 3 1/2 point pullback after a 20 point runup, and in the midst of some general telco profit taking, hardly catches anyone's (focused on FA) attention or concern.

<..I'll puke if they follow the usual analyst protocol and downgrade after the stocks weaken...>

This is not what most analysts do, unles they got blindsided by the company and it falls on bad news. COULD happen to WCII, but my sense is not.

my 2 cents.

Steve

BTW, where are you out of KP? I think you said you were once at sLeazeman. NY? 14 Wall? 55 Water? Just curious...
