Pat et al. TXN has made some nice product announcements
lately but anaysts continue to downgrade and cut earnings
mainly on DRAM prices, although they say (i.e. Brown Brothers)
that their DRAM exposure may be only 10% of sales by end of 98.
With DSPs growing at 30-40%, this co. is surely read to fly, but analysts don't think so.
Do they understand the markets TI is in (probably yes
since they likely talk to TI people frequently).
So why is the stock not moving more to the upside.
