MK Expands Services to Accommodate Growth at 3COM 12:53 p.m. Apr 01, 1998 Eastern BOISE, Idaho, April 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Morrison Knudsen Corporation (NYSE: MK) announced today that 3COM has expanded its Santa Clara Headquarters contract with MK's Engineering & Construction Group (E&C) for facilities management. The new combined three-year, $35-million agreement includes facilities-management services at 3COM's facilities in the Boston area and at the recently acquired Chicago and Salt Lake City locations. MK's responsibilities include operations and maintenance, engineering support, administrative services and subcontract management of custodial and grounds. The contract, which carries a one-year option, now extends MK's services to 3COM coast to coast. MK began providing facilities services at the Santa Clara site in 1993.
