Maybe James Morgan has bribed the various news services. In AMAT's annual report, the centerfold had 3 gray sections portraying holes in AMAT's product family. Lithography, Reticle writing and production, and Metrology and Reticle Inspection. SVGI would fill 1 of the holes. UTEK would fill 2 of the holes (but no DUV production tool available today). Any other idle, unfounded speculation on an otherwise boring day! Best regards, Ian.
