I haven't been able to find a news story, but CBNC indicated that GLX was up 3 on merger rumors. CEO indicated that hostile takeover was very difficult. Since AHP may have reduced legal liability with Redux report, minimizing short term heart valve effects, they may be a much more attractive partner again. Looks like its time to revise the merger table at home.att.net and replace SBH with AHP again!
