Our understanding is that the year end '97 financials are not going to look so great. The reason for this is that Mr. Chin has being pouring revenues back into the company laying the groundwork for contracts. In other words he was building the foundation upon which these new contracts are being signed. Jinyon and RocketMan: The information you requested on Louis International is not available at this time. The important thing to remember about this contract is that it is valid and will be bringing in revenues of $1 mil or more per month. That is in writing and we could not say it if it weren't true.
