If this is a false report I think you may want to be on guard that
your arrest is not one of the following. April fool or October fool, a statement like that can reap repercussions against the person that
made the statement. I personally spent 3 hours tring to verify the
information. I am no fan of Custer, but there is a line that should not be crossed, even in jest. You bought the stock after carefully
checking out the pros and cons as I did. We or at least I lost money
on the stock. I made a bad decision when buying the stock. But I
will not badmouth the stock or the people involved with it. It was
my decision and my money. If your report is true, I hope Mr. Custer
has to pay his penalty.

Jon, are you still with us? (Are you in the poky?) Given the nature of where the company is, and knowing the number of people who can get spooked, I think your post went over the line. Perhaps you misplaced your feelings toward the company. Clearly, a lesson to the wise is that you can't just say things, pass information along, and not be held accountable. Libel and slander cases are gaining more notice now as droves of people are coming online. In this spirit, people will argue that they have a constitutional right to speak their mind and the truth as they know it. Not only was your April Fools joke over the line, but you might have caused some investors, to make a hasty reaction. I too, have to think to myself if I should say certain things on the net. I certainly would be in financial hardships, if I was sued....plus the wife would divorce me:>)
