You're correct Marcos I have no reason to believe the Mongolian Government is anything other than honest and straight forward, and ALL of our experiences with them have been positive. There is a tremendous influx of foreign investment into Mongolia, and it is precisely because of the Government's policies. You must be aware that SI is one of the largest investor-supported internet exchanges in the world. As such I am almost certain they are watching. Dave
