AV-I honestly do not have a reason for the good performance on UTEK and KLAC today. I did use the opportunity to take profits on KLAC and to sell a little UTEK and to try to write some CALLs against UTEK. It almost seems as if cuation is being thrown to the wind in the tech sector or some sort of rotation is occurring within this group. Lots of stocks have made some nice pops up and down. Maybe now is time they may be playing with these other stocks. Look at the run on DPMI but little movement out of PLAB. BTW-PLAB is looking good right now. Could I have an alternative solution?? As a matter of fact yes. I liad out some thoughts on the UTEK thread regarding the recent ASMLF announcement to invade UTEK's non IC arena. In regards to KLAC, it might have to do with some cost reduction measures that will not result in severance packages or expenses related to layoffs. KLAC could be getting some close attention based on the smart moves it has proceeded with. OFF TOPIC - For those of you that I privately e-mailed or discussed both ORAL and AMD, you are on your own from here. There was close to a 33% run up in both and profits have been taken by myself. I advise all of you to take a little off the table. For those that do not know what I am talking about, you have my apologies. I do not know if I spoke of either of these two stocks on this thread. It is getting very difficult to reconcile all the forms of communication that I get involved in on and off the internet to ensure things are discussed or brought to the community's attention. Andrew Update: I know I have mentioned ASYT, ATML, PAIR, CYMI, PRIA and NVLS. These are responding well today.
