Joe, Spoke with Joel Silver the CEO of this family business since 1967. Excellent story of a REAL meat and potatoes company. I will share all of my thoughts after market closes. I will say that this is another long term hold, like Carver. And it has about the same number of shares in the public float as Carver. Doesn't take much for quick pop. Some buying finally started coming back into Carver today.

Still trying to buy today. They wouldn't take my .05 offer, so I did what any red-blooded American investor would do. I lowered my offer to 3/64. If they don't take that I'll go down to .04.

Just hold off a bit on spreading the word. ICUT needs about 3-4 days in the "quiet accumulation mode." Like a good meat needs curing.

Build a little volume, then a little price. Takes a few days of steady growth to get the big money boys interested.

Just my thoughts,
