Well, I just been informed by private message that Bates & Co. have not dropped the lawsuit against the so-called "short-selling" conspirators. The person has informed me that Bates is still continuing with the Discovery phase of this ridiculous lawsuit. He does admit however, that much of the information provided to him from Paul is probably completely fabricated.

If Bates is to drag this silly thing out, it certainly won't be good PR for the company. Frivolous and outlandish lawsuits costs quite a bit of money and it will be the shareholders who eventually wind up footing the bill. There will certainly be counter-suits filed for malicious prosecution, defamation of character, etc..etc..An ugly legal mess!!

I'm in the process of sending all the information gathered from numerous people on this thread, AOL, & press releases once again to the Securities and Exchange Commission.

I am sick and tired of having me and other innocent people's names dragged through the mud.

Bates admission of continuing the discovery phase of this suit speaks mountains about his own honesty and integrity. If the gentleman hasn't discovered that the man providing the fabricated material to him, wasn't a complete liar, then I feel extremely sorry for the shareholders of NAMX...
