Diamond, I think your comments are important and need to be heard by a lot of people. Too much "investing" is done on the basis of a herd mentality -- people either trying to anticipate the next movement of the herd or running with the herd. I'm sorry, but I don't view this as investing. To me it is simply gambling. I am attracted to this sector as a very solid intermediate term investment. To my way of investing, intermediate is 2-5 years. And so, while its great to feel that rush that we're all feeling today, the real "rush" will be a few years out when those of us who are disciplined enough to keep our eyes on the ultimate goal and not succumb to impulse investing will realize those huge gains.
