George, you are getting to be pretty unreasonable around here, in my opinion. Joe doesn't owe you an explanation for anything, and you know it. He's not here to hold my hand nor yours nor anyone else's. If that's what you need, call the CEO. If not, then maybe you should join Ernie in trying to avoid scrutinizing SI for a few days. I tried it and it worked wonders. gggg.

Sorry, I've been trying to stay out of today's discussions as I think they are really counterproductive. But this is really getting ridiculous.

George:

What in the world are you doing??? Based on a couple "off the cuff" allegations by people whose motives you know nothing about and who don't provide a shred of evidence, you are willing to publicly call Joe onto the carpet??? If you were really concerned and felt that you needed some clarification, you should have contacted Joe directly. And then if you found some tangible evidence that upset you, that would be appropriate to present here to the group. But instead, you publicly questions Joe's integrity when I find absolutely no reason to do that.

Asking tough questions is fine, but this is over the top as far as I'm concerned. You are attacking Joe's reputation (at least among those who don't know him personally). Did you even think that "donbarzini" may be intentionally trying to cause trouble. I noticed that you asked him to e-mail you. Did you hear from him? Did he provide any evidence at all for his allegations.

I think you need to consider the fallout of your queries in the future. If your questions suggest misconduct by members of this thread who have a good reputation (and you have no supporting evidence), then I think you should address yourself to them directly. That is the right thing to do. That is the decent thing to do. And that is what I would do if someone raised questions about you.

GE,

Please read this slowly so there is no misunderstanding. Even though I believe your question is none of your business I will break one of my cardinal rules and discuss my private affairs on a public board. Just this once. I have not sold any DCI shares back to the company at any price nor do I have any intentions of doing so until I receive along with every other investor a buy out offer of $10.00 per share. This will be my only comment to your question.

Best Regards
