Bill, I believe Bill you are right on track as I hear that Paul has 3 potential partners that all seem interested in the PI technology. Paulis currently off to Chicago I understand to arrange financing which will get his plan moving forward. I feel very strongly that Paul will get this accomplished and will add much value to NPCT which indirectly adds value to INCE. I believe that Paul moved PI to NPCT as he could have a reasonable share structure and also make that structure look impressive to potential partners as they probably didn't want to finance him in INCE's current share stucture. I think Paul knows what he is doing and did it for that very reason. Chad Beemer
